Utilizing a series of “checklists” developed over their near 50 combined years of training experience, Mike and Eric show how to take your unique training methods and have a process for creating reliable, scalable and successful for programming.

    In this course we break down all of the major movement patterns and show you how to progress and regress any exercise using our “Belt System”, as well as provide videos of over 50 different exercises with detailed instructions of how to coach, set up and make adjustments for each.
