Training Programs
Thank you for your interest in my training services. It is a privilege to have the honor of helping lead you on a journey to the best version of you, with improved health, fitness, performance, durability and vitality.
There are multiple options to utilize my services based on your needs, goals and availability, both In-Person and Virtually. All clients follow independent individualized programs utilizing my training app, which will include detailed program monitoring, nutrition tracking and more.
For In-Person sessions, I am available regularly 3 mornings per week – Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 7-10am and you are welcome to come in to use the facility during any of those hours under my supervision either 1, 2 or 3 times per week, depending on your membership. If you can only commit to a minimal number of days per week to come in but would like to be able to do more additional on your own, custom programming will be done in the app to accommodate that as well.
In-Person sessions are conducted at the training facility located at XCEL Sports and Fitness, 25 West Greenbrook Road in Fairfield, NJ.
Virtual sessions are done directly within the training app and are scheduled based on availability.
Memberships are on a monthly basis and I cap the number of people I take on to keep the personal attention high. Memberships are on a month-to-month basis so there is no long-term commitment.

My mission is to empower you, not make you dependent on me or anyone else to be your best. If you are only looking for “workouts”, you can find them anywhere. My goal is to help you understand the process so you can better appreciate what, how and why you can do to achieve optimal health, fitness and performance for YOU.

Complete the Onboarding Questionnaire
This will take about 10-15 minutes.

Click on “Explore Plans” and choose your Training Plan
If you have been sent a link in a separate email with a discount plan, you must access your plan via that direct link.

Schedule your Initial Session
If you will be doing a Hybrid or In-Person plan, this appointment must be scheduled directly with Eric by texting or calling 973-222-6015 or messaging me directly in the App

Once you have a plan and schedule established this is where you will see an overview of your day including:
-Workout assigned for the day (All exercises have detailed video demonstrations)
-Nutrition Tracking (If included in your plan)
-Water Tracking (If included in your plan)
-Activity Tracking (If linked to a Health or FitBit App) -
Other Features
You will have the ability to track your progress including before/after photos, performance graphs and weekly automated check-ins. You will also have access to the “Resources” section, with additional Bonus Workouts and Self-Assessments, as well as over 100 video lessons on everything from Programming, Workout Tips, Cardio/Conditioning, Movement, Nutrition, Recovery, Performance and Mindset.

Membership Conditions
Training Hours for In-Person Training are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 7-10am with occasional additional hours open to accommodate for special situations, holidays and other closures. Virtual appointments are set up on a standing time slot scheduled based on availability.
In-Person clients will be set up with a standing “preferred time slot” but have the freedom to adjust to any other hours within the Training Hours allotted when necessary. The goal of the preferred time slot is to minimize overflow at any one time.
Memberships will be billed automatically on a monthly basis. All Monthly Memberships require a minimum 3-Month commitment upon commencement. Clients have the freedom to adjust their Membership as needed from month to month. If you need to freeze, cancel or adjust your membership for any reason, a minimum of one week notice prior to the start of the next month is required. Sessions will NOT be carried over from month to month. If you should be unable to attend your allotted sessions, you can use any of the other Training Hours to make them up based on availability.
